A room is available to rent in a 55 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the Trafalgar area of Madrid. The property is cosy and compact with everything you might need on arriving in a new apartment. It has a welcoming feel about it and would make a lovely home for students and young professionals alike.
Trafalgar is located in between the neighbourhoods of Chueca, Malasaña and Salamanca, whose influences combine to create a barrio that is eclectic in both its atmosphere and activity. From the sophisticated and chic Alonso Martínez to the relaxed squares of Plaza de Chamberí and Plaza de Olavide, ideal places to chill with friends, this is one of the most characterful neighbourhoods to live in.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a cosy and quirky feel to it with its art work and eclectic furniture collection.
- The property's proximity to two different metro stations is ideal for quick and easy travel around the city.
- Only 5 minutes away are two different cinemas, making this a great location for film lovers.
- This area is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action - it is surrounded by bars and restaurants and is also close to the popular barrios of Chueca and Malasaña.
Things to keep in mind
- This property is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator but at least you will save money on a gym membership.
