3 bedrooms are available to rent in a modern apartment near the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Chamartín, Madrid. Bright and well-decorated, this apartment is perfectly organized and each tenant has separate. labelled storage spaces for their things. The kitchen has gorgeous brick walls, and it has an oven, a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a toaster. The bathroom is modern and practical, with new bathroom appliances. There is beautiful parquet floor throughout the apartment, and the living room has a small table and chairs to spend time with your roommates.
The Chamartín neighbourhood is the perfect place for students, Erasmus, or professionals. Well-connected by public transportation, the Chamartín station has trains that leave for destinations across Spain, Portugal, and France. In the neighborhood is also the iconic Santiago Bernabeu stadium, the home of Real Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is just a 14-minute walk to the famous Santiago Bernabeu football stadium, where you can see a Real Madrid match.
- The apartment is modern and well-decorated, with plenty of storage space labeled for each tenant.
- The property is located near the Paseo de la Castellana, which is a major street that is famous for its shopping.
- The kitchen has gorgeous brick walls.
- Tenants can choose to have a personal cleaning or ironing service for an additional cost.
