Rooms are available for rent in this large 4-bedroom apartment in the city centre. The apartment has a large living area with 2 dining tables and a sofa, plus a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and a small pantry. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, a bidet, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet room.
This is one of the best locations you could hope for in Madrid. La Latina, where there is a very popular market on the weekends is just a couple of minutes walk away, as is Plaza Mayor, a major tourist attraction, filled with restaurants with terraces. The streets nearby are filled with restaurants and bars, some of which are tourist traps, but many more of which are fully authentic, and lovely places to grab a caña and some tapas. Much of the city is accessible on foot from here, and you will never be stuck for nightlife.
What we liked the most
- The location is incredible, minutes from some of the biggest attractions in Madrid.
- For nightlife, the apartment is located perfectly, with Sol, where young Madrileños meet before a night out, just a short walk away.
- You will also be in the perfect location for shopping, smaller stores dotting the side streets, and more major stores on the roads leading away from Sol.
- We always like to see an extra toilet room - that could be a life saver if one of your flatmates like to take long showers.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no full-size oven in this apartment. However, there is a stove and a small countertop electric oven.
