This 3-bedroom apartment has 1 bedroom with a small balcony to rent. The 110 m² exterior property receives a lot of natural light and is also occupied by the 2 landladies. There is 1 shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming living area with a television.
The apartment is located in Madrid's City Center, close to Puerta del Sol, the Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and many of the city's most important landmarks. The neighbourhoods of La Latina, Chueca and Lavapies, offering some of the best nightlife in town, are also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The living area is perfectly equipped to relax after a busy day, being furnished with a large sofa, television and a dining table.
- The room for rent and the living area have balconies with lovely street views.
- The apartment is in a central location and close to public transport.
- The shared bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
- There is a large built-in wardrobe in the living area providing additional storage space.
