The communal areas are spacious, perfect for professionals or students. All necessary appliances are provided.
You will be living in Tetuan, a multicultural neighbourhood full of restaurants, shops and cafes. Along with living nearby several metro stations, you will have easy access to Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, perfect for football fans. Madrid's universities are just a few stops away and you can easily reach several main train and metro stations in just a few minutes on a bus.
