Spotahome's opinion
This 160 m², 5-bedroom apartment has fully furnished rooms to rent. The apartment has lots of charm with polished wood floors, wooden detailing, and a distinctly yellow theme throughout. The bedrooms are all equipped with heating units, as well as desks to help you get some study done.
Ciudad Universitaria as the name suggests is home to many of Madrid's major Universities and has a lively campus vibe. Students at the Universidad Politecnica will only have a short stroll to get to classes, and there is plenty of public transport close by to take you into the centre of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The rental price includes a weekly cleaning service for all of the common areas.
- The kitchen is bright and fully equipped.
- There is a large dining table, ideal for flat dinners.
- Heating is installed throughout the apartment.
- If yellow is your spirit colour, you will enjoy this apartment!
- All of the bedrooms are very tidy and feature modern furnishings.
Things to keep in mind
- The size of the beds in rooms 1, 2, 3 are between a single and a double. Beds in rooms 4 and 5 are a bit bigger than a standard double.
- Bedroom 6 and 7 on the floor plan have been converted into the entrance hall and living room. See 2nd video to see renovations.
