The live-in landlord of this 2-bedroom apartment is looking for a male tenant to rent the spare room. The apartment comes with all you need for a comfortable stay, and has the added bonus of being located in a building with a stunning outdoor swimming pool and a rooftop garden.
The location is ideal for football fans, within walking distance of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid. You will also find a metro station 10 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- There is central heating and AC to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The room to rent is very well equipped, including a television and a small fridge.
- The communal swimming pool and gardens are ideal to cool down during hot Madrid summers.
- The apartment is close to public transport, shops, restaurants and amenities.
