A bright bedroom is available to rent in shared flat in South Arganzuela, Madrid. The shared flat is furnished with ample storage and has both heating and A/C . The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a microwave, and seating for two. All rooms have 4th floor street views and plenty of light.

This flat is located in the South Arganzuela district which is well connected to the city center and several universities. The Matadero is within walking distance and is host to a myriad of cultural events and festivals, including free ones! The park along the Rio Manzanares is also accessible and a perfect place for picnics and bike rides.

What we liked the most

All bedrooms and the living room have individual A/C units.
The flat has 2 showers, a bathtub and towel heaters!
There is ample storage throughout the flat.
The flat is withing walking distance of the Matadero, a contemporary arts center and festival site.
