There are rooms to rent in this large, 115 m² apartment in the Retiro area of Madrid. The property features 4 bedrooms with high ceilings and parquet floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, electric stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. Other great amenities include WiFi, central heating, and A/C units, all of which can be hard to come by in such a central apartment.
The beautiful park that gives the area its name is just a 10 minute walk away, and all parts of the city center are also easily accessible via metro. The Atocha metro and Renfe station is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has really great amenities, like a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and WiFi.
- All utilities except for air conditioning are included in the rent.
- You will have the absolutely beautiful Retiro park close by, with lovely gardens, trails for jogging, and cafes to enjoy a coffee.
- As bedroom 1 has an en suite, the tenant of bedroom 3 will only have to share a bathroom with one other person.
