This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.
Spotahome's opinion
Comfortable ensuite bedroom for rent in a shared 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with live-in landladies, located in Salamanca, next to IE Business School. The apartment has an excellent laundry area, a fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic living room - each room is beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable furniture and plenty of artwork. You will be living in a posh area of Madrid, close to a metro station along with several shops and restaurants. As a bonus point, just a 15 minute walk down the lively Calle de Serrano can take you to the wonderful Retiro park.
What we liked the most
- IE Business School is located opposite the apartment, making this room ideal for students.
- You will be living in Salamanca, one of the most wanted areas in Madrid.
- The beautifully decorated hallway also features a piano.
- We love the spacious living area, furnished with several seating units and a beautiful bookshelf.
- The landlady, who also lives in the apartment, is a painter - her artwork is featured throughout the flat.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the live-in landladies also have two cats and a dog.
- The tenant will have access to a private bathroom, equipped with a shower.
