There are 3 bedrooms for rent in this spacious 400m2, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a terrace situated on Calle Tírvia in Ciudad Universitaria. This property is ideal for students as it is located just 14 minutes from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid is also in this neighbourhood. The property is exceptionally large, boasting a front garden, a garage which may be converted into a gym and 3 terraces. The living room is luminous, featuring comfortable furniture, a sofa bed and plenty of windows. On the ground floor, their is a fully-equipped kitchen which tenants can make use of. Tenants will share this property with the English-speaking landlord.
What we liked the most
- This house is very spacious, and the landlord plans to convert the garage into a private gym.
- There are many places to relax during warm weather on the property, as there are 3 terraces and there is a front garden.
- The property has A/C and heating so tenants will be comfortable throughout the year.
- The house is situated in a university neighbourhood, so tenants can walk to the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid is also in the area.
- The meal service is included!! A private chef cooks all of the weekly meals and prepares a variety of dishes. The menu is open and accommodates all palates!
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is not furnished in the video and photos, but it will have a double bed and TV when the new tenant arrives.
- There is a toilet room in addition to the two complete bathrooms.
