Situated in the residential area of Acacias, two rooms are available for rent in a fantastic 3 bedroom apartment, suitable for male workers only. The luminous 105m2 apartment features a wonderful dining area with a charming 9th floor view. Each room is furnished with several storage units and central heating is provided. You will be sharing the flat with the landlord and living just a step away from Parque Madrid Rio. Piramides metro station is nearby, as well as El Rastro and several other areas around the city.
