The rooms are cleaned throughout the week, apart from weekends and holiday days. Clothes are washed and ironed twice a week by the cleaning staff and they will also change your towels twice and week and your bed linen once a week. The dining hall has a fridge in which you can keep some items of food. Wi-Fi is available 24h a day and is accessible throughout the residence. There are vending machines and a coffee bar available. For new students to the residence there are 'Freshers' activities where you can get to know everyone else and make some friends.

This is a homely and comfortable females only residence in an unbeatable location with 77 places in all. All rooms come with clean and modern ensuite bathrooms and come as individual rooms or shared. All rooms come with AC and a fixed line telephone. A variety of meal options are available and all students eat together in the bright and welcoming dining hall, perfect for making friends. A dedicated cleaning team and kitchen staff will make your time here as comfortable as possible.
The residence is located on two floors, with some rooms overlooking the charming inner courtyard, and some rooms looking out to the quiet street. On the ground floor is a large communal area with plenty of seating, board games and a TV. On the second floor you will find the dining hall and two study rooms. Both study rooms come with partitioned study areas for privacy and one is equipped with an all in one photocopier/ printer/ scanner. All the rooms are cleaned frequently and are very comfortable, cosy and practical.
Despite being in an area famous for its nightlife, the residence is in a quiet side street and getting a good night sleep won't be a problem. The location of this residence is one of its strongest attributes, right in the heart of the city with everything at your doorstep. Great nightlife, amazing shopping and beside no less than 4 different metro lines.

The room will be shared with a randomly assigned roommate, unless you make a specific request.
