As many as five people can sleep in this comfortable three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. Located in a residential neighborhood, on Calle Embajadores, the apartment is about 20 minutes south of the city center by foot, and a brief walk to Delicias station. Couples, professionals, and students are all welcome to share this well-equipped space, which features two refrigerators and a new oven and dishwasher. This 90m2 apartment is perfect for those who want to live in a quiet area without straying too far from Madrid's center.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 2 has a large built-in closet and extra storage compartments.
- Each bedroom has a heating unit, perfect for keeping warm in the winter.
- There are two refrigerators and the kitchen is fully-equipped with a nice oven and a dishwasher.
- The price of the rent is quite affordable.
- Though not included in the rent, Wi-Fi is already installed in the apartment, so tenants can move in and start studying or chatting with friends back home.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen may be small but the living room provides plenty of space with a dining table for six people.
