We are proud to present this bright one bedroom apartment on calle Alameda, just seconds away from Retiro park. The thoughtfully decorated apartment is in an ideal position, as you will be a few minutes away from Puerta del Sol and close to plenty of buses as well as metro stations that will be able to take you around the city centre. Due to Madrid's hot summers, you will be able to cool off with air conditioning and enjoy the 4th floor views from the balcony. The cosy kitchen is fully furnished with an oven and a few cupboards where you can store your belongings. You will also be able to relax in the living room as well as the bedroom with a large double bed. The 55m2 apartment also features two small balconies, perfect for keeping your plants.
What we liked the most
- As the summers in Madrid can get very hot, you will be able to use central air conditioning to cool off.
- This apartment is in a perfect location - just moments away from the gorgeous Retiro park where you can spend your time sunbathing or enjoying a picnic with your friends.
- The entire apartment is very impressive as it's beautifully decorated throughout, offering space and comfort in every room.
- We love the kitchen! Even though it's small, it's fully furnished.
