The neighbourhood is known for its luxury residential apartments and its closeness to the beautiful Buen Retiro Park, one of Madrid's most famous and most beautiful landmarks. Located on Calle Marques de Zafra, the exterior apartment is an ideal choice for anyone who wants a comfortable and relaxing stay in Madrid but who also would like to be live centrally, near the city's heart. Located within an area of the Salamanca neighbourhood, anyone who wants to shop during their stay will be in heaven. The apartment is rentable as a whole and has one shared bathroom.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is within walking distance of Madrid's most famous and stunning park, Buen Retiro Park.
- The 2 bedroom apartment is located very close to Manuel Becerra, a nice plaza and transport hub in an exclusive area of Madrid.
- Guindalera is very safe area of Madrid, arriving home late at night will not be a problem!
- The apartment is very spacious and luxurious and is still quite close to the heart of the city.
- The flat comes with central air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- The two bedroom apartment only has one bathroom, but the bathroom itself is very comfortable and well furnished.
