This exterior one bedroom apartment is located on Calle Rosa, in one of Madrid's most vibrant and diverse districts, Lavapiés. Situated just around the corner from Anton Martin metro station and within walking distance from Lavapies and Tirso de Molina stations, the apartment has good connections to many areas of Madrid, including Puerta del Sol and Retiro. The apartment itself is elegant and stands out with its modern furniture. The tenant will have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, air conditioning, bathroom with a bathtub, dining and living area and the bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage. The flat is suitable for anyone wanting to live close to the city centre buzz and be within walkable distance to many areas of Madrid. You'll be surrounded by restaurants with best tapas, markets, cinemas and theatres - the entertainment options are endless! The area of the apartment is 52m2.

What we liked the most

  • The location of the apartment, Lavapies is absolutely ideal - just a short walk from Puerta del Sol, Retiro and Gran Via. As a bonus point, Cine Dore, a great place to watch movies for as little as 2€, is just around the corner. You'll also be just down the street from a market where you can buy fresh produce.
  • The modern furniture gives the entire place a stylish look. You'll also benefit from having air conditioning - a very much needed feature during summertime.
  • You'll be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, with lots of cupboards, a large fridge and a dishwasher.
  • The living room is extremely comfortable and has a sofa which turns into a double bed, along with a dining area. But don't worry, that sofa is for guests - you will have your own bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage.
  • The apartment is very quiet - once you close the windows, you won't be able to hear any noise at all.

Things to keep in mind

  • Even though this exterior apartment is located in the city centre, it remains completely quiet and noise-free once you close the windows.
