The apartment for rent has been furnished with completely modern appliances and décor, giving it a chic and sophisticated look. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of storage space, while the balcony is very spacious and offers a great place to relax and enjoy the city views. This 1-bedroom apartment is in the heart of the city and there are plenty of cultural and historical sights to enjoy. From Palacio Real, the Templo de Debob, to Gran Via where you can do plenty of shopping, there are many things to do that will keep you busy. The area is also the hub of the Madrid nightlife, so you can find a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs that suite your tastes. The area of this flat is 50 m2.

- The fully equipped and contemporary kitchen has all the modern amenities needed to prepare all types of meals
- The living room is very bright and spacious, comes with a TV and has access to the terrace

Things to keep in mind
- Since this 1-bedroom apartment is located in the centre, there may be a lot of street noise from time to time, but if you shut the balcony door you won't hear anything!
