It also has a fully equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer. The modern living room also has an AC unit, two fantastic balconies and a chic decorative fireplace, creating a relaxing atmosphere. All utilities are included in the rent and you will be provided with bed linen upon your arrival. This neighborhood will provide you with a fantastic nightlife scene as well as plenty of relaxing cafes and restaurants with delicious food. The large area of this exterior apartment is 70m2.

- You will be living just a short walk away from Gran Via and will be surrounded by many cafes, shops and restaurants.
- The apartment has an air conditioning unit!
