This charming 1 bedroom apartment with has tidy parquet floors and is very well-equipped. It features 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with a washing machine and a cozy living area with a TV. It is located 10 minutes from IE Business School on Calle Maldonado, an elegant street within the equally elegant neighbourhood of Salamanca, surrounded by embassies, high-end boutiques and stylish cocktail bars. From this privileged spot, you can walk to Retiro Park in about 20 minutes. There is also a metro station 4 minutes from the flat, allowing you to reach all corners of the city with no hassle. This apartment is interior and its quietude makes it ideal for students. The total area of this flat is 50 m2.
What we liked the most
- The living area is beautifully decorated in pastel tones, and is furnished with 2 sofas, a TV, a bookcase and a dining table for 4.
- The kitchen comes with an oven, an electric stove, a microwave and everything else you could need for cooking.
- The pleasant bedroom is equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
- The bathroom is modern and offers 2 storage cabinets, allowing you to comfortably store towels and toiletries.
- There is an A/C unit in the living area unit, and electric heaters in both the living area and bedroom.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior and doesn't receive much natural light, but on the plus-side, being away from the street makes this home very silent. Both the living area and bedroom have windows overlooking a light-well.
