Situated in Plaza Espana, this refreshingly modern apartment is perfect for a young couple, or working professional. What's more, it is fully equipped with all amenities from kitchen appliances to a weekly cleaning service, to make your city living experience that much more enjoyable. Refurbished with up to date furniture, the apartment has been very tastefully decorated and also boasts a balcony with an impressive view of the city! The spacious living area is ideal for entertaining. You will also never be too far from the action, as the apartment is situated right in the thick of it all, and is very well communicated to the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- Despite its prime location, the apartment is a sanctuary from the noise outside
- There is also a dryer in addition to the washing machine, iron and clothes rack. Come winter, you won't be worrying about damp clothes!
- The kitchen is clean and well stocked with pots and pans, a microwave, electric stove and fridge
- The central heating and air-conditioning features will prove to be a blessing in Madrid's temperamental weather conditions
