A homely one bedroom 65 sqm apartment with one bathroom, situated in an elegant apartment building equipped with a shared swimming pool and parking. This exterior apartment is very stylish, tastefully decorated using charming rustic style furniture and elegant neutral tones, creating a soothing and relaxed ambience. Equipped with air-conditioning and central heating, this home will be comfortable and cozy all year around. It is located on Plaza ciudad de Viena, in the neighborhood of Ciudad Universitaria, making it an ideal apartment for students, although the landlord only accepts postgraduate students or professionals.
What we liked the most
- There are two large wardrobes in the bedroom, providing you with plenty of space to store you clothes. There is also a spare wardrobe in the hallway and a storage cabinet and shelving space in the living area, ideal for storing suitcases, books or other belongings you don't need in the bedroom.
- The sofa in the living area opens up to reveal a double bed.
- There is a washing machine which is also a dryer, allowing you to do your laundry fast and efficiently.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, and also has a dishwasher.
- The bathroom is modern and has a big bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to create a large double bed.
- There is no TV in the apartment.
