This one-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Estasnislao Figueras in the Moncloa/Argüelles area of Madrid. This apartment has an advantageous location as it’s located between Príncipe Pío, which boasts a large shopping mall, plenty of public transport options, and access to Madrid Río and the Manzanares River; Plaza de España, which is the end of Gran Vía and leads to the tourist areas an hipster Malasaña as well as the Templo de Debod and Parque del Oeste. Besides these amenities, the student areas of Argüelles and Moncloa have plenty of shopping options and nightlife venues to keep you busy. The tenant will love the proximity of green spaces, nightlife and tourist sites, and of course, plenty of space inside your apartment. The area of the apartment is 65 m2.

What we liked the most

  • There is a very nice entrance hall with nice furniture that will be great to welcome you into the apartment.
  • The apartment has an equipped kitchen with a large fridge and microwave, as well as an electric stove and oven (ideal for baking).
  • The living room is spacious with plenty of room for entertaining guests for meals or to watch TV.
  • There are two exterior balconies.
  • Just off the bedroom there is a study/home office area with a desk and armchair separated from the bedroom by two columns.
  • The bed has extra storage underneath, which will allow you to keep all of your items impeccably organized.
  • There is an air conditioner, perfect for the Spanish summer.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is a walk-up, meaning that there is no elevator.
  • The bathroom is located just off the kitchen, and is a little far from the bedroom.
