This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has air-conditioning in some rooms, electric heating and electric water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, water and Wi-Fi only. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using the ropes that are fitted over the backyard.

This wonderful 40 sqm flat offers one bedroom, one bathroom and a cozy open plan kitchen and living area. It is located on Calle infantas, a picturesque street in the city centre, only two minutes away from the iconic Gran Via. This interior flat has the added advantage of being quiet, even though it is located right in the town centre, and it is also within a short walking distance from at least three metro stations, making getting around the city easy and convenient.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully presented, with nice wooden floors and quality furniture.
- There is a sofa bed in the living area, perfect for welcoming visiting friends.
- It offers good storage space, with two built in wardrobes in the bedroom and an additional built-in wardrobe in the hallway.
- The bathroom is brand new.
- The bedroom is very nice and cozy, furnished using beautiful white furniture.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is well equipped, including a large fridge, an electric stove and a microwave, but it doesn't have an oven.
- The apartment is interior, but it receives good natural light.
