This apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning, central heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating and Wi-Fi), bed linen and towels. There is an optional cleaning service available at a cost of 50€. The apartment has a safe box to store valuables and you can request an electric water heater, a crib and a stroller at no extra cost. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

This lovely one bedroom attic apartment is bright and full of character. As soon as you walk through the main door you will be pleasantly surprised by the unique style of this apartment. This charming and elegant flat is equipped with everything you need to a comfortable stay and is situated in a great, central location on Plaza de Santa Catalina de los Dorados, in the Centro district of Madrid. This beautiful neighborhood is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid and has everything you can possibly need at your doorstep. You can spend many afternoons exploring the secret corners of this historical area, discovering new plazas and bars as you go. The total floor area of this apartment is a spacious 130 sqm.
