This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the second floor of the building. The apartment has A/C and central water heating. The price of rent includes water and WiFi, sheets and towels, but all other utilities (electricity and A/C/heating) are NOT included in the price of rent. Phone calls to landline numbers in Spain are also included. It is possible to arrange for a cleaning service for €10 per hour, a crib for €20 for the duration of the lease, and for pets for an extra €20 for the duration of the lease. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month).

This apartment is ideal for those wanting to live in the heart of the historic center with Huertas, Retiro, and all of the major touristic attractions all within walking distance of your apartment. This apartment also has some extra add-on options that make it friendly for families and for those with pets. The area of the apartment is 110 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- The living room is large with a separate dining area for six people and a lounge area with a couch, TV, and an exterior balcony
- The building has a pool, with is fantastic for the summertime and an oasis from the urban center
