This one-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle de Almadén in the Huertas neighborhood in the center of Madrid.
The apartment has a large double bedroom, a beautiful modern kitchen with an oven and stove, and a spacious living room with a TV and two-person sofa. The living room also has access to a small exterior balcony to let in some fresh air and natural light.
The bathroom has also been recently renovated, with a toilet, sink and a new glass shower cubicle. There is some storage for your hygiene products.
This apartment is ideal for those wanting to live near the Museo Nacional de Arte Reina Sofia, part of Madrid's Paseo del Arte, or Art Walk, home of modern art works such as Picasso's Guérnica. In addition, the apartment is near the world-famous Parque del Buen Retiro, the Real Jardín Botáncio (Royal Botanical Garden), and the Puerta de Atocha train station, with access to other cities in Spain such as Barcelona, Sevilla, and Valencia via the AVE, Larga Distancia, and Media Distancia trains. Atocha also has service on all Cercanías commuter trains, allowing for those having to go to university campuses outside of Madrid easy access. The area of the apartment is 50 m2.
