This two-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Torrecilla del Leal in the Huertas neighborhood in the center of Madrid. Also known as El Barrio de las Letras, or the Literary Quarter due to the concentration of Siglo de Oro (16th Century) writers that lived there, this area is within walking distance of Madrid's most important touristic points and is incredibly walkable. This apartment is ideal for those looking to have the best of the center and live in an area with rich historical routes. The area of the apartment is 100 m2.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is brand-new with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher (great for those not wanting to wash dishes by hand)
- There’s A/C in the apartment, perfect for hot, Madrid summers
- The living and dining room are both spacious, with crisp, white paint and lots of light coming through
- There’s also a balcony off the living room

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. The landlord speaks English and doesn't live inside the apartment. The landlord requires a two-to-three-month deposit. Rent may be paid either in cash or via bank transfer.
