This one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle de Alberto Aguilera in the Argüelles section of Madrid. Within walking distance of hip Malsaña and within easy reach of the center of Madrid, the apartment finds itself in one of Madrid’s most popular residential and student neighborhoods. In fact, the apartment is just across the street from the Alberto Aguilera campus of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, home of the world-famous ICADE Business School. The area of the apartment is 40 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated with brand-new paint
- The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space and has an en-suite bathroom
- The dining room table can expand to give you a bigger living/dining/entertaining area
- The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and an electric stove
