This one-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Relatores in the Huertas neighborhood in the center of Madrid. The apartment has a fantastic location in Huertas that’s also within walking distance of La Latina, home of the famous El Rastro market on Sunday mornings full of tapas bars, and Lavapiés, a multicultural neighborhood known for restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world as well as its right arts offerings. It’s also a six-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, the geographic center of Madrid and of Spain. The area of the apartment is 55 m2.
What we liked the most
- All utilities, a weekly cleaning service, and sheets and towels are included in the price of rent
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- The apartment comes with some extra amenities (shampoo and a hair dryer)
- You can use a common washer and dryer in the building, perfect for those not keen on laying their clothes out to dry on a rack
- The apartment has an exterior balcony, perfect for taking in the atmosphere of the dynamic neighborhood
- There’s a double bed and two pull-out couches, ideal for entertaining guests!
