The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building that is not equipped with an elevator. There is electric water heating and central heating. You can dry your clothes on a rack inside the flat or in the dryer that is located in a common area of the building. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Spotahome is proud to present an interior one bedroom, one bathroom apartment available for rent as an entire flat. Located on Calle Duque de Alba, this flat could not be more centrally located, as it is nestled in the Lavapiés neighborhood. This apartment has access to many forms of transportation including access to the Tirso de Molina, La Latina and Sol metro stations. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Each room is equipped with an air-conditioning unit, great for the hot Spanish summers. The floor area of this apartment is 60m2.
What we liked the most
- The living room is comfortably furnished and features a nice plush sofa and coffee table.
- The dining - kitchen area has a table that can seat up to four people, perfect for when visitors are over for a meal.
- The bedroom is decorated in a chic green theme, which includes the green accent wall and bedding.
- Wi-Fi is installed and ready to go!
- The utilities are included in the rental price.
Things to keep in mind
- The building is not equipped with an elevator.
- Although the flat is pet-friendly, there is an extra charge of 20€ per night for the pet.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a common area of the building.

The Tirso de Molina metro station is just minutes away and has service for Line 1. There are also several other metro stations within a short walk that include La Latina (Line 5), Lavapiés (Line 3), and Antón Martín (Line 1). Sol metro station is less than a 10 minute walk from the flat and includes service for trains C-3 and C-4 and metro lines 1, 2 and 3. There is also access to bus lines: 17, 18, 23, 31, 35, 50 65, M1 and N26.
