This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Virtudes in the Almagro neighborhood of the Chamberí section of Madrid. This area is one of Madrid’s most desirable residential areas as it is within walking-distance of Malasaña and Salamanca, as well as having plenty of public transport connections into the center of Madrid. In addition, the neighborhood is full of small boutiques and restaurants, ensuring that you have plenty to explore right outside your door. The area of the apartment is 45 m2.
What we liked the most
- The living room has separate living, dining, and home office areas, ideal for someone who likes working from home
- The kitchen has an oven (ideal for those who love baking) and a microwave
- The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage and two nightstands and storage space above the ceiling
- The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom
Things to keep in mind
- Utilities (water, gas, electricity, A/C, heating, and WiFi) are NOT included in the price of rent
- The washing machine is in the bathroom (this is normally in the kitchen of Spa
