This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Duque de Sesto in the Salamanca section of Madrid, Madrid’s affluent neighborhood. This apartment is ideal for someone looking to live in an area with great shopping, easy public transport connections into the center, and be within walking distance of Retiro. That allows you to have Madrid’s most famous park minutes from your doorstep to take advantage of its green areas and sports installations! The area of the apartment is 52 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- The apartment is also close to Retiro, perfect for those who want to have a major park next door
- The kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher, as well as a very nice fridge
- There are exposed wooden beams in the ceiling
- There’s a terrace with an outdoor dining area

- The microwave is stored under the dining room table
