This two-bedroom, one-bathroom 58 m2 exterior apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. You may dry your clothes on ropes in the building’s interior patio. The apartment has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes Council Tax and community fees, but all other utilities (water, gas, electric, heating, and WiFi) are NOT included in the price of rent. A minimum lease of 240 days (eight months) is required for this apartment. The tenants will also be charged €30 for a final apartment cleaning.

What we liked the most
The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with an electric stove and microwave The living/dining area is spacious and luminous Both of the bedrooms are exteriors and they have balconies! There is an extra wardrobe for storage in the hallway next to the bathroom
Things to keep in mind
The common areas only have interior views, but nonetheless the apartment is luminous Both of the bedrooms only have single beds
