This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Fernández de la Hoz in the Almagro neighborhood of the Chamberí section of Madrid. This neighborhood is ideal for those looking to live in a residential area that has action and quiet, with tons of restaurants and boutiques, as well as a plethora of transport connections into the center of Madrid. It’s also perfect due to its close proximity to the IE Business School campus. This is the most ideal section of Chamberí. The area of the apartment is 34 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is completely renovated, with brand-new appliances!
- The couch in the living room opens up as a sofa-bed
- The kitchen also has an oven, perfect for those who love baking
- The bedroom has a double bed with an armchair, nightstand, and lamp. The closet is separate from the bedroom
Things to keep in mind
- The apartments are all underground
- There are four studios that are united by one hallway. Three of the apartments are rented and the owners will sleep one or two nights a week in the first one
- There is only a small bar-style table, which could be disadvantageous for entertaining
