This one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Pinar in the Castellana section of Salamanca. This apartment is ideally located steps from the IE Business School campus, the excellent shopping in Barrio Salamanca, and near the Museo Lázaro Galdiano. Just by crossing the Castellana you can also explore the Almagro neighborhood of Chamberí, with lots of cute restaurants and boutiques. It’s perfect for an IE student or couple looking to have campus at their fingertips, with the ability to access different
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a dryer, an amenity not often found in Madrid homes!
- The apartment has air conditioning
- The living room has a desk, perfect for a home office, in addition to lounging and entertaining areas
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is on the small side
- The bedroom has two single beds put together, which could be problematic for a couple
- The washing/dryer is located in the bathroom instead of in the kitchen

Smoking is permitted in the apartment. The Landlord speaks English. The rent MUST be paid via bank transfer. Upon check-in, you will pay the second month of the required security deposit along with the current month's rent. That MUST be paid via bank transfer.
