This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is clean and modern, located steps from the exact geographical center of Spain and Madrid. This apartment is perfect for an individual or a couple looking for a little oasis in the midst of the rush of Sol and the center of Madrid. The area is 45 m2.
What we liked the most
- The living room is spacious and luminous, with wooden beams in the ceiling and crisp, white paint. There’s also a bookshelf, flatscreen TV, and ample couch for lounging. There’s also a desk that would make a great study space or home office!
- The kitchen is small, but modern with an electric stove, fridge, and microwave
- The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of space for storage, perfect for an individual or a couple
- The apartment has a clean aesthetic with crisp, white walls and plenty of natural light shining through
