This 55 m² , 3rd-floor apartment is located near Plaza Castilla in the heart of Madrid’s business district. This home, with a large living room and bedroom, is traditionally decorated and has parquet wood floors throughout. The entrance area has a long table that can be used to put keys and other things. The living room has a full size couch, coffee table, a table with four chairs, and chest of shelves and storage.
A short metro ride from the historic center, this home is just around the corner from Paseo de la Castellana, one of the most well known thoroughfares of the city. The home is in the commercial heart of Madrid and just two blocks from the iconic Plaza Castilla. In the plaza you can find the Mall Castellana 200, with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Traveling a bit south on Paseo Castellana you will also find the Real Madrid Football Stadium, Santiago Bernabeu.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is classic Spanish style - small but has all you need: a refrigerator, front-load washing machine, microwave, gas stove, sink and cabinet space.
- The bedroom is very spacious and has a large built in wardrobe, a double bed, and a single bed (there is total room for three people to sleep comfortably), a night stand, and a chest of drawers.
- The en-suite bathroom is a full bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink, mirror and bidet.
- While this is an interior department, it has a lot of light.
- Below the balcony is an interior patio, meaning no street noise.

The home is very well-connected with the metro station Plaza Castilla and several bus lines. It is also just a few meters away from an entrance to the M30, the highway that circles the city, as well as the Chamartin train station. From there you can catch the "Cercanias" commuter trains that go all over the Province of Madrid.
