This 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Plaza Ciudad de Viena in Ciudad Universitaria. This is a bright apartment with a colourful living room that has comfortable furnishings. The couches point towards the TV with the dining table on the other side of the room. There is access to the kitchen from here which is cosy and well-equipped. Another door from the living room accesses the bathroom which has a shower/bath sink and toilet. Finally, the bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV.
This apartment is located in a bustling part of Madrid. There are a lot of banks in the area and also small parks within walking distance where you could enjoy a picnic or afternoon stroll. The public transport in this area is fantastic giving you ease of access to the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment building has a swimming pool!
- You are a stones-throw from the Technical University of Madrid making this an excellent location for a Postgraduate student or someone working on campus.
- There are 2 metro stations within walking distance.
- The apartment makes great use of a small space.
- There is parking available with this apartment making the rest of the city even more accessible.
- There is AC and heating in this apartment to keep you at comfortable temperature year-round.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no clothes dryer in this apartment so a rack may be necessary for dryer laundry.
- There is no oven in the kitchen of this apartment however there is a microwave and stove-top which you could use to cook meals.
