We love this modern 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle López de Hoyos in Prosperidad. Why? It’s minimalist design and modern decor make it a rare find in Madrid. When you walk through the front door, you’ll find the living area and the kitchen, both share the same space. There is a lovely couch along with a brand-new flatscreen TV, perfect for resting after a long day out of the house. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge, sink and washing machine. Plus, there are plenty of cabinets for storage! In front of the bright window, that lets in plenty of natural light, you’ll find a lovely table for two - perfect for enjoying homecooked meals. The bedroom has a double bed and another TV, which will come in handy for movie nights. There is also a built-in wardrobe that will provide enough space for all of your belongings. Finally, the modern en-suite bathroom is stunning with its beautiful tile work and bright lighting fixtures. Here you’ll find a toilet, sink, and gorgeous glass shower.
Prosperidad may not be in the center of Madrid, but there is so much to do here.
