This bright 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Santa Maria is on the 4th floor and has two levels. The front door opens directly into the combined kitchen, living and dining room. There are two sunny windows. The one-wall kitchen has modern appliances, is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The rest of this space is furnished with a large dining table and trendy living area with a sofa bed and TV. One bathroom is on this floor. The other bathroom is an ensuite off of one of the second floor double bedrooms.
Centro is a bustling neighborhood filled with tourists and locals alike. You’ll find everything you need here. There are banks and supermarkets close to home, and there are lots of shops and boutiques. When you need an escape, El Retiro Park is a 15-minute walk away. If you love the theater, there are a half dozen nearby. Teatro del Barrio and the Spanish Theater are within a 10-minute walk. And there are dozens of restaurants serving up a diverse range of cuisines.
