This large 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Santa Maria is on the 4th floor. It’s a two-floor apartment. The first floor has an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine. The living area has a huge sofa bed and two windows, and there is a dining table in the space as well. Also on this level is a bathroom with a shower stall, and two bedrooms that have sloped ceilings and skylights. Upstairs is the third bedroom, also with skylights, and with a sitting area and ensuite bathroom.
Your new apartment is right downtown in the Centro neighborhood. Tourist sites, restaurants, bars and theaters are all yours to discover. You could go out every night of the week, and still have plenty of new places to find a month or so later. It’s not a quiet neighborhood, but you’re close to the peaceful Royal Botanical Garden and minutes away from El Retiro Park. Everything you need is nearby as well: banks, supermarkets, shops, and bakeries.
