This cool 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Santa Maria is on the 3rd floor. It’s a spacious and modern apartment with a trendy decor. The open-plan space has a fully equipped one-wall kitchen with a washing machine. The rest of the area is furnished with a large sofa and TV, as well as a dining table. There is one double bedroom near this area and a bathroom with a shower cabinet. Closer to the entrance is a second bathroom, which has a single bed.
You couldn’t ask to be located in a better neighborhood than Centro. You’re well connected to the rest of the city by the many public transportation options. You’re close to beautiful green spaces like the Royal Botanical Garden. El Retiro Park is less than a 20-minute walk away. You’re close to museums, cinemas, and the Spanish Theater is nearby. Restaurants and shops are plentiful and there is a supermarket around the corner.
