A lovely 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle Bastero in La Latina. You'll love this apartment and its welcoming vibe. On the first level, you'll find a fantastic living space, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch TV after a long day exploring the city. You'll also find a convenient dining area in the living room. The living area is open to the kitchen, which comes fully equipped and has all the essentials, including an oven, a stovetop, and a washing machine. In the bathroom, you'll find a modern shower, a toilet, a sink and a convenient drying rack for clothes. Walking up to the second floor, you'll find the bedroom with a lovely double bed and in a large, open room. Here you'll also find lots of nooks and plenty of space to store your belongings.
You'll be living in La Latina, one of Madrid's most lively and welcoming neighborhoods. Locals come here for the tapas and you'll love your weekly "tapas crawl" through the bars of Cava Baja. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops to enjoy, including El Mercado de la Cebada, a popular food market. Supermarkets nearby include Carrefour Express.

- The apartment has plenty of natural light, making it bright and open!
- We love the location - this is one of Madrid's liveliest neighborhoods.
- The floor plan is open and makes good use of the limited space.
- We like how the living space is separate from the bedroom.
