The 134 m² property has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a stylish kitchen island, and 2 balconies with lovely street views. There is also underfloor heating and a gorgeous terrace that can be accessed from all bedrooms.
The apartment enjoys an excellent location, in an elegant and central neighbourhood that is home to a fantastic range of shops, tapas bars, and restaurants. The lively Mercado de San Ildefonso is a short walk away, and you can walk to both Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park in 20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and stylishly decorated throughout.
- The living area is an excellent space to unwind at the end of the day.
- The apartment boasts an excellent location, close to museums and cultural attractions.
- The Metro stops a short walk away to take you to other parts of the city.
