This charming 2-bedroom apartment is located on Calle de Sánchez Preciado in quaint Tetuán. The 65 m² apartment has a bright living and dining area with access to the balcony, a well equipped kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms, as well as 2 comfortable double bedrooms.
Tetuán is the perfect place to settle if you want to live in a suburb with a strong community feel. This apartment is also in a superb location, just a short walk from the Francos Rodríguez Metro station, and a number of shops and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is well located, a short walk from the Francos Rodríguez Metro station and a number of shops.
- The kitchen has a range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.
- The washer and dryer ensure you can take care of you washing no matter the weather.
- There is a balcony to use and enjoy.
- The decor is stylish and comfortable throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven.
- The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator.
- There is a sliding door that connects the 2 bedrooms.
- The big leather chair in the living room will be removed before the new tenants move in.
