A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC is available to rent in Madrid's historic city center. The apartment has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the comfy couch and watch TV, or sit down to a delicious meal with guests at the large dining table. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all the basics, including a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a cool serving window.
The bedroom has lots of natural light, as well as access to the balcony, a large double bed, and plenty of storage space for all your things. The bathroom is modern, and it has a sizable shower.
You'll be living in Madrid's historic city center, just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Puerta del Sol. You'll have it all around here-- restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, theaters, monuments, and shops are on every corner around the neighborhood. And, with 2 Metro stations within close walking distance of the property, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
