This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Maria Curie, in Alcobendas, has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with comfortable leather couches and flat screen TV for entertaining. The apartment is split over 3 levels, including 2 balconies, a tidy bathroom and bedroom with double bed.
This area is away from the city centre, ideal for those who want more tranquil surroundings. The apartment is a 10-minute drive to the nearest metro station and to the shopping center Centro Comercial La Vega, which has a large range of shops including a supermarket.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives good natural light.
- There is a huge bookcase, ideal for book lovers.
- The AC and central heating will keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- There is a TV in the bedroom, perfect for watching movies in bed.
- The apartment is close to several shopping centers.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is 13 kilometers out of Madrid, however is still only 25 minutes by car or 35-40 minutes by public transport away from the city.
- There isn't a dryer, but there is lots of balcony space to hang clothes to dry in.
