On Calle Olivar, this 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is in the heart of the Lavapies district. The 55 m² apartment has a unique but cozy layout with an open-plan kitchen and living room and attic bedroom. The main bedroom has a staircase that leads to the 2nd bedroom with slanted ceilings and a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room comes with a couch and dining table.
Lavapies is known for being diverse and having something for everyone. Right next to the Lavapies Metro, you are also surrounded by several Indian restaurants, bars, and even a vegan grocery store. From here you can walk to several markets and monuments.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is interior providing a quiet space.
- The kitchen is compact but fully equipped.
- You are surrounded by Metro stops, connecting you to all of Madrid.
- Lavapies always has something going on!
