This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a 35 m² footprint on Calle del Ave María in Lavapiés. The combined living room and kitchen comes with modern appliances including an oven, 2-burner stove and a range-hood, as well as a sofa. The bedroom is similarly well-equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
For the student, the Universidad Nebrija is only a 20-minute Metro ride away. If you're in Madrid to see all the attractions you're in luck, as this apartment is close to El Retiro Park, Puerta de Toledo and the San Francisco el Grande basilica. When you're done exploring or studying you can stop at the San Fernando Market - only a 5-minute walk from the apartment - to get the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can explore everything Madrid has to offer easily.
- There is a table and chairs in the living area so you can sit down for a home-cooked meal.
- The bathroom is modern and has a shower, sink and toilet and is also where you will find the washing machine.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator.
